Delivery & Collection
We aim to despatch items within 1-2 weeks. Postage is free and will be with Evri or Royal Mail depending on the size of the parcel. 

If you are collecting from my home in Dunfermline I will contact you by email to confirm the order is ready and the collection address.

 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options
PayPal
We never store your credit card information. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still checkout as a guest.

Returns & exchanges
Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order (mistakes happen!) please get in touch with me and I’ll always do my best to resolve the issue.

Cancellations
Cancellations: not accepted.
Please contact us if you’d like to make changes to your order and providing the item hasn’t already been customised I’ll do my best to help.
